From the Triangular Plant Bed on the right hand side (When facing the Tower) which is closest to the road, the point on the inside of the walkway, half way to the road / path curb. + Four-point-Two feet towards the Tower. From this point, go Five-point-Five feet towards the inside of the walkway.
