The exact shape, size and geographical orientation of Robert Smithson’s iconic Spiral Jetty piece was imposed over Berlin on Google Earth in on of the only areas of the city which could accommodate it. These drawings document the geographical coordinates along the path when walking along the shadow of the Spiral Jetty. edge of the red floor / footpath. Not following exactly the line on the edge of
the triangle, but a bit away from the trees, towards the centre of the walkway
